Excellent undergraduate text on quantum chemistry

I purchased a softcover copy of this book after seeing preview sections of it online on Google books. An excellent introductory textbook with well thought-out questions that follow each chapter. Easy to understand, and derivation of most equations are nicely executed within the text. I would rank this book equivalent to the classic text on quantum chemistry by Don McQuarrie. If you need something more basic, go for the classic text by A.R. Denaro (A Foundation for Quantum Chemistry); out-of-print, but still available in used bookstores, or online stores. If you need a primer in calculus, then a good place to start is "Teach Yourself Calculus" by Abbott.
